The Strength You Seek Lives Within You

The Strength You Seek Lives Within You

A calm, trauma-informed space for people who are tired of surviving and ready to begin living again. Through trauma-informed, life, and health coaching, I support the quiet return to self—where resilience, clarity, and lasting change can unfold.

Meet Camelia

Meet Camelia

I work with people who have spent a long time in survival mode—often high-achieving, capable, and carrying many responsibilities, while quietly living with exhaustion, self-doubt, or old wounds.

Through trauma-informed life and health coaching, I offer a steady, compassionate space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin building changes that feel sustainable and real. My approach is shaped by both lived experience and professional training, as well as the perspective of growing up across cultures and navigating complex relational dynamics.

What does this space mean for me?

Amara Within symbol

The name holds a quiet truth: the strength you're looking for is already inside you.

Amara carries meaning across many cultures — eternal in Sanskrit, grace in Igbo, flourishing in Arabic, and an echo of love in the Latin amare. Together, these meanings point to a resilience that stays steady even when life doesn't.

This space is rooted in a multicultural perspective, honoring how identity, belonging, and healing are woven together. Recovery here is an integrative process, combining trauma-informed, life, and health coaching to help you reconnect with your own clarity, resilience, and steadiness.
