Confidentiality
Creating a safe, trusting space is at the center of my practice. Everything you share in our sessions is treated with care and confidentiality. The only exceptions are when disclosure is required by law, or when there's a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. If that were ever to come up, I would always try to talk it through with you first, wherever possible.
My hope is to create a space where you feel seen and supported, without fear of judgment — so you can explore what's real for you, openly.
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is held especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If I need to cancel a session and it can't be rescheduled, you'll receive a full refund.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions without notice, are charged the full session fee — except in genuine emergencies.
Life happens, and I understand things come up unexpectedly. If an emergency keeps you from your session, please reach out as soon as you can, and we'll figure out the best next step together. Thank you for honoring both your own coaching journey and the time set aside for you.
